The MARANTZ powers on and all ports are "hot". All control knobs and levers move smoothly. Cosmetically the MARANTZ is in great condition, inside is very clean and all components look in perfect condition. The wood case has vertical age fractures on both sides. The cord has slight surface cracking at insert end. Also included is a MARANTZ pamphlet.
The MARANTZ was part of the same estate where all the other vintage high-end electronics I have listed... came from. All the high-end vintage GRADO's, Marantz & Nakamichi cassette players, SENNHEISER's, STAX headphones, and much more, were all reported back by the buyers to be in perfect working condition. Most were never used and it appears that it is possible that this MARANTZ was also never used. Audiophiles have been amazed at the excellent condition of these vintage electronics!
