This is a Antique Vtg 1920's Westinghouse Early Electric Desk Fan 10” Style 457678 Works. It is in good to fair condition some wear. Some scuffs and marks throughout. Looks like it has a small break right in the middle (see picture 11). Tested and runs but is loud. Has a slight lean forward. Has a very long cord. Has information plate on the top that reads:2781 (5-18-25) Westinghouse
