Original Description:

This is a superb tiny iron bodied smoothing plane with mahogany[?] infills.The infills are in very good condition, nice colour and condition.

No makers name visible.The double blade is by Herring & Son and is very clean, good length and reground and honed ready to use.The mouth is very tight, approx 1/2 mm.Condition is very good all over, no damage, no cracks, no rust, some old light pitting on side.Size is 6 3/4 " long, 2 1/2 " wide, 1 7/8 " blade.
