Item: Vintage Advertising AshtrayDescription: For Sale is a Vintage Pre-1970 Tin Advertising Ashtray from CARTER HALL Tobacco Co. of Millwood, Virginia. Carter Hall is one of the oldest remaining Tobacco Companies in America using Burley and Virginia Tobaccos. This ashtray measures approx. 3 3/4" diameter is embossed "Carter Hall Smoking Tobacco" and in the center an embossment of a Manor and "Carter Hall" again. I am sure my photos will best further descr...ibe this item. Condition: On a scale of 1 - 10 (Ten being New in Package Only), I can confidentlygrade this item's condition to be a solid 7.5. Overall and Especially for being 40+ Years Old, this collectible ashtray is in Very Good Original Condition. It is No Less than 85% Immaculate with Zero Evidence of cigarette use. There are No dents/dings and only sporadic surface wear such as loss of shiny tin finish. My photos are anaccurate depiction of this item's TRUECondition.
