STAR WARS - SIDESHOW - C-3PO LIFE-SIZE BUST! Here we have the C-3PO Life-size Bust, created in conjunction with renowned robot craftsman Fred Barton. Each piece is individually painted and hand-finished, each with its own unique quality and detail that is the trademark of a handcrafted Sideshow Collectibles product. Crafted of fiberglass, metal and polystone and complete with light-up eyes, swiveling head and a detachable magnetic restraining bolt accessory. This is an artist proo...f no number edition and opted to go with an Episode IV battle-worn interpretation of C-3PO, based on the scene where we see both droids with a krayt dragon skeleton in the background, the droid is leaking oil and has a sand-blasted finish to imitate the harsh conditions of the Tatooine desert. This is a magnificent piece and sure to become the premier addition to any Star Wars display. This is a no number limited edition artist proof. Product was opened for inspection and looks and works great. I know this is the battle version and so what may seem to be paint imperfections is really what it is to look like. There is paint discoloration on the back of the base but difficult to see unless your up close and personal and really looking for it. Also there is minor discoloration on the bottom of the base which can easily be touched up with black paint. The batteries I had did not work for some reason and are not included, but perhaps new batteries may work, regardless the plug in works fine when turned on. Includes the original brown shipper box and art box which are in horrible condition and the styrofoam is included but dirty. The item will be well packaged for a safe delivery.
