Timber handles to axes, hammers, hatchets etc may appear sound and firm but could be towards the end of their usable life and need replacing.Items may require cleaning, servicing and sharpening as well. Old locks, knobs and latches may not work or may need new keys cutting for them. Screws may be missing from hardware and hinges or mismatched. This is all part of the course with older items.If you really want an item bid early as it may be removed from eBay at any time.Because eBay and PayPal now charge fees on top of postal costs I am forced to pass these on cost fees onto items being posted, hence handling cost of $3. Unless noted otherwise, local pick up from Belrose NSW 2085 is OK at a mutually acceptable time. Belrose is about 10 mins from Dee Why Beach & Chatswood.Combined postage on multiple items is OK. Just let me know after you are successful on the first item of your intention to bid for another item.
