Up for auction is what I believe to be a Stanley No. 67 Spoke Shave accessory part, most of the edge guides I have seen are flat on the reverse, however this one has a  round hollow relief cast from the factory into the bottom of it (as you can clearly see in the photos). I believe this may be a variation of the more common flat bottomed edge guide.There is also a faint casting # 313. I Welcome to any knowledgeable collectors with any further information and sourced explanations t...o this strange variation.
