Original Description:
This is a used vintage antique farm or ranch tool. This is a cast iron single line barbed wire fence stretcher. It was made by Brown Fence Company, but is not maker marked. Tool is shown in Smith & Smith's Collectors Guide for Fencing Tools at #327. Tool is 17-1/2" in length. Tool is complete and operates properly. It shows some age and use wear and needs some cleaning. Tool is in good used condition.
