Vintage two-piece mid-century mahogany breakfront with writing desk, bubble glass windows, and plenty of storage for both stemware and books / LPs / CDs. Built by Big Rapids Furniture Company of NY in the late 1940s, the piece has been in my family since it's original delivery and was professionally refinished in the 1970s. The piece is in good condition for its vintage, with the primary issue being some small scratches at the base of the unit (see accompanying photos)..., courtesy of a family dog who used to enjoy racing around the living room! The unit separates into top and bottom for easier transport.
You would likely need either a large van / truck to pick this piece up or retain the services of a reputable short- or long-distance mover. I am also selling a pair of closely matched mahogany drum tables, also built by Grand Rapids of NY.
