As far as I can tell, they appear to be lightly used if at all. They had some tarnish from age that was buffed out, so marking as used.
This was owned by one of the founding members of BCTW. He collected many BCTW tools and had most of the #212 and #213 Series of the Limited Edition Runs reserve...d. I will be listing several more matching series #212 and #213 BCTW tools in the coming week/s if you'd like to collect matching series tools!
Will be with FedEx Ground / Home or USPS Priority Mail. Will do my best to get it in the mail within 24 hours of payment clearing.
