WWII MK2 KA-BAR USMC UTILITY KNIFEMarked KA-BAR / Olean, N.Y / USMC (large) on the blade.Full, washed blue, 7" blade retains both original edges, showsslight fading of the finish, light mottling, very light in-out wear.Guard is tight, shows little wear. Leather washer handle is completeand tight, shows some scuffing, period wear. Thick pommel is tight, shows early peening to tang, light mottling. Comes with early stapledleather scabbard, brass snap keeper works fine. Shows period wear,... nicks, scratches, all staples and sewing are intact.Excellent example of an early USMC KA-BAR with early scabbard.
