Original Description:
This is a very primitive sampler,   stitched in 1806 by a girl named Jenny Hess showing her skills of the American alphabet and numbers, over 214 years ago. A very nice specimen of crafting/teaching skills back so long ago. Framing sticker is from Pennsylvania.  Not saying the girl that created this was from there, but may play a roll on the area it was found.
Very primitive in appearance,   due to its age. Some edge fraying and discoloration, which is common and exp...ected for its age.
Sampler is framed.
