Up for auction and fresh to the market from a fine old estate comes this Stunning Fine vintage Porcelain Cup & Saucer set made by Aynsley in the Oban shape, that features 4 large Gorgeous Pink Cabbage roses on the interior of the cup! The Exterior of the cup is a rich solid Turquoise color and so it the saucer which makes for a great contrast! The footed cup & Saucer have a fluted pattern and then trimmed in a gilt gold. Both piece have the Aynsley company name on the bottoms w...ith the cup having a hand painted mark of C1031 (see photo). Both piece are in Great condition with No chips, No cracks No repairs and No crazing. The Gold trim on the cup & saucer looks great with little to no wear and I did find a couple tiny scratches on the exterior of the cup in the turquoise (see photo) and that's it..any other white spots you see are just glares of light as it was not easy to photograph this...Both pieces ring like a bell when tapped. Truly a Stunning Cup & Saucer set!
