Issued 1887. PS222a Series F. Very tough note to find in any condition with a PMG Pop of only 3.
See scan. Medium to heavier handling, small splits where the central vertical fold meets the borders, another 3.5mm top right border split above the "S" of "SUCRE", small ink stain on right border.
