This auction is for a very rare large Flint Faience Tile Co. Flint, Michigan arts and crafts tile with great colors depicting a cat across the front as shown in the pictures taken with and without flash. The artwork on this piece is just incredible and the overall condition for its age is very nice, with no major chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs, however, there is a small chip nick as shown at the bottom left corner but this is minimal. The tile has a beautiful olive green exterior ...border then a nice brown central backround and an orange colored cat with great eye(s). The back of the tile is marked: 6915-1 Flint Faience Tile Co Flint Mich. It is a great piece of vintage arts and crafts that would look great in anyone’s collection. The tile is large measuring a little over 1/2 inch thick by about 6 inches each side. Don’t miss out on this superior piece.
