Antique Art Nouveau French Figural Spelter Bronze Newel Post Lamp. 2 lights.
Beautiful lamp with a woman carrying a basket. Titled FLORA. HAS 2 deep purple glass bead shades that goes over the bulbs. I don’t have one bulb so couldn’t display the other shade on, but it’s there. Also a few glass beads throughout the leaves.some missing. Supposed to be in a grapevine. I believe this needs work so I’m selling as non working. Though I have not tried it. But the sockets are loose.../ can come off, so I’m sure needs some work. Overall the lamp needs a good cleaning. In “as found”condition . Has the stamp of Paris France, and attached signature Mascotte. And title/ Flora. Measures 32” tall by 17” wide. It is on a red piece of marble or rock. Green Base is not a part of the lamp and not included. Stunning piece really!PLEASE ASK ALL QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE BEFORE BIDDING.
