I Will be listing a very nice assortment of antiques in the next couple week from an estate collection. A lot of Asian antiques and high quality items. All fresh to the market.
Up for auction is a fine old antique Chinese hand embroidered silk textile wall panel. Great embroidery featuring two foo dogs. Has bats and flowers for decorations. Some of the threat is a metal thread and has wonderful color and details. The silk embroidery has been wrapped around a thick stock piece ...of foam board and can easily be removed. It is not glued down. In overall very nice shape for its age. No holes, no repairs, no rips, no fraying and most of the threads and stitching is in great shape. Measures approx. 17 1/4" tall by 19" wide. Rare item and is a must for any collector. Fresh from a 90 year estate collection and is fresh to the market. Glare spots are from the lights reflection and not on the items surface.
