Here's an outstandingly original Japanese occupation theater made patch.  This is the most rare of all the MacArthur Honor Guard patches, and the quality of it is unreal. See the quilting on this thing.  The belt has some gilded thread. All Around a beautiful patch.  Measures roughly 4.25" across the face.  As you can see in the photos, the paper backing is cracking some.
