Original Description:

This lady has gorgeous blond long curls, a very impressive black hat with lavender & rust color feathers. She has a sheer white bodice and a gold long sleeve dress and a beautiful face. The border on this plate is cobalt with raised brilliant gold multiple designs. The blue is more iridescent than flat. This is NOT signed but similar to Wagner. The plate is 9 1/2" across, marked with the old beehive and Devonshire. The lady is the Duchess of Devonshire.
