This item is the Magic: The Gathering Collector’s Edition (CE) in the box, printed in December 1993. It is COMPLETE, which includes the Power 9 and all the dual lands. It has been opened and the cards used, but the box and the cards are in good condition. One corner of the bottom part of the box has separated.
