Very sweet sounding Cerwin Vega 280 SE speakers. This is a very rare model, the hardest to find in the entire Special Edition lineup. I got these as they are one of the easiest to drive 12" Cerwin Vega models. They are a three way 6 OHM speaker rated at 5-155 W RMS. They have a port on the bottom of the rear baffle They have a 12" woofer, 6" midrange and a 1" horn loaded elliptical dome tweeter. They have thermal protection circuitry to prevent blown drivers, and high and ...midrange tone controls. They have factory mounted risers on the bottom of each speaker. They were refoamed by the previous owner and I replaced one midrange grill cover that was dented and scratched with one from a JVC SK-404. They are in decent cosmetic conditin with some scratches and blemishes and corner wear. The risers show some wear. The dimensions are 25.5"x14.5"x11.5" and weigh 45 lbs ea.
