Hertwig Pet Name China Head Marked Helen on the front.Head is slightly turned.Unreadable mark on back (might be “Patent appl for” or “Germany”)Low Brow Hair StyleDates between1895-1905Measures approximately 4” tall and 3 1/4” wideNo chips and cracksNo paint rubs.Beautiful coloringSome had gold paint on the shoulder paint but this one does not. It is molded with a color and bow.Sticker inside has providence that says “China Doll Head from A. Lu. Belonged to Uncle Cliff’s... Sister”This came from the estate of a collector so I have no idea the last name of Aunt Lu and Uncle Cliff.
