For Your Consideration, I present to you, a RARE & HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE, Vintage 1980s Catalog OLD STOCKGenuine 24K GOLD & Pewter, Carved "Double Scottish Roses" Swag Pendant on 20" NecklaceNEW from OLD STOCKSigned by:WHHA - "White House Historical Association"Perfect Gift for anyone belonging to "DAR", Daughters of the American RevolutionThis auction is for an exceedingly rare, indescribably beautiful & equally collectible, piece of American History ... and a masterpie...ce work of wearable art ...Located above the North Door of the White House, is a breathtaking swag of Double Scottish Roses, which you can see in photograph # 6, hand carved by Scottish Stonemasons in the 1790s.The Double Scottish Rose was incredibly popular in the 18th Century, and was a great source of pride for the people of Scotland.The necklace offered in this auction was part of an extremely limited edition collection, solely designed for the WHHA in the mid 1980s (catalog page shown in photo # 5).The Swag of Roses which sits centered upon the gorgeous gold necklace, is a direct replica in honor of the Stonemasons who designed, and meticulously hand carved the Swag for the White Houses' North Door. With its rich 24K GOLD, its impressive size & thickness and exceptional detailing, this is one piece of jewelry which exceeds all expectations of beauty & feminine style. The necklace is signed "WHHA" - White House Historical Association, and is guaranteed authentic.
