It comes with its original large blue tag which reads "Commonwealth Toy & Novelty Company 200 5th Ave. N.Y.C.", "© Harvey Famous Cartoons", "Casper The Friendly Ghost". Also has the Commonwealth toy company tag affixed to the body, and incredibly retains its original $2.99 price tag.very hard to find especially in this condition!
