Bought from TitaniumGoat in April 2018, has only been used for a few nights, very well taken care of, no odors. Footbox has been repaired and sewn back together, from my testing the floor is still waterproof and does not leak but it has NOT been seamsealed.Copied from the product webpage:

breathable. The bottom is Forest Green 30d x 30d waterproof nylon fabric... Silicone coated
on both sides... commonly called sil-nylon. The high breathability of this bivy makes it an
excellent choice for use in a shelter.The bath tub floor of the Kestrel has the same unique construction as our other bivys. The one
piece articulated bath tub floor has no seams running vertical to the interface with the top
fabric, which means no seam sealing is required in the floor. The hood portion of the Kestrel is
also articulated in the same fashion as the floor for improved movement, room, and comfort.There is a No-See-Um Bug Net panel sewn in the hood. This gives the Kestrel bivy excellent
ventilation without the bugs. The zipper runs from the right shoulder, across the chest, and
down to the knee on the left side. The zipper also has two zipper pulls so you can adjust an
opening if you want. It can be used as a slide in - slip on chest entry, or fully unzipped side
