Up for sale is an vintage IBM ThinkPad 600, type 2645 Laptop. This laptop has a rare vintage Windows 95 operating system installed. Also included an IBM external Floppy disk drive that is very useful for vintage software. This is your opportunity to own a vintage IBM Windows 95 Laptop. Others sell it for more than $300!

USB thumb drive - all my USB sticks work. Note USB Mouse will not work under Windows 95 unless you have a USB mouse th...at comes with a Windows 95 software driver. So most likely you need a PS/2 mouse (included).
Software:Windows 95C (last release of Windows 95), Windows 95 COA included, no CD. Vintageapplications such as Netscape 4.79 (remember that? it is the default browser at that era), IE (Internet Explorer) 5.5 SP2, WinAmp 2.91, Real player 8, Tetris Game, Adobe Reader 4.0, Mozillar Firefox, etc. Note this laptop is NOT suitable for Internet purpose (The supported browsers are too old for modern internet).
Hardware:This laptop is equipped with an Intel Pentium II 300 Mhz CPU, 12 GB hard drive, 96 MB RAM, CD ROM (swappable), 13.3" LCD, and a USB port. It has a Serial port and a Parallel port, (many older application requires these type of ports). It also has a Modem, Mouse port, External VGA ports, etc. Battery holds charge (indicates ~ 1 hour at idle), AC Adapter is also included, Plus an external IBM floppy drive.
Cosmetically, this laptop is with normal wear and tear for the age. The outer LCD cover and bottom has scratches and loss of painting as like most of the IBM 600 series laptops. Overall looks good and clean for a vintage system. See pictures.Laptop will be cleaned up and fully tested before shipping.Laptop will be carefully packed and double boxed, shipped in Priority Mail or Fedex with insurance.
