Ooma hub was used for 4 years with excellent voice quality until I moved and repacked it and stored it in garage in original packaging. Scout is still factory sealed. I am selling as I moved to area with excellent cell service so don't need Ooma anymore however the quality on Ooma is way better than any cell service. I recently checked n tested with OOMA servers and it works but needs activation so I called Ooma and confirmed that it will work with new activation and fee. You have to c...all OOMA customer support to activate with your new number. User manual included and its plug n play setup and ooma support is very helpful in case of any issues.
