The 2nd Foreign Infantry Regimentwas established in 1841. It is one of the oldest infantry regiments of theForeign Legion. He gloriously illustrated himself by the past especially duringthe fight of El-Moungar in Morocco in 1903, on September 2 and at the battle ofDien-Bien-Phu for his first battalion when the regiment was engaged inIndochina.
The bottom of the lighter isengraved ST DUPONT EXCLUSIVE DRAGO PARIS with the serial number L9578 and insulatedwith a square punch ST DUPONT with the symbol profile of a circle framed by 2wings. A RARITY! This lighter is: 5.5 cm high, 3.5 cmwide and 1.2 cm wide. Good overall condition for thislighter with some marks of use. You just have to recharge it.
