POUL ILSTED HANDCUT STRAIGHT COGNAC SHAPE WITH " BONE " INSERT

I have a few early pipes right now from the Danish Masters including this Poul Ilsted that's an absolute beauty. It's slightly Cognac shaped while not quite a Pot. The shank is rectangular like a box pressed cigar and meets a hand cut stem with what appears to be real bone. The finish is walnut and the grain displays gorgeous 3D birdseye and flame grain. Overall extremely clean and ready to smoke, a very fine Ilsted!
Nomenclature: POUL ILSTED, HANDCUT
Dimensions: 5 1/8" Long, 1 1.../2" Tall, 3/4" Chamber W, 1 1/4" Chamber D
Condition: Excellent. Chamber is clean and sound. Minor scratches on interior of rim with a small nick. Stem is overall superb but has light flecks of oxidation. Nomenclature is a bit light but legible.
