Antique Dark Blue Staffordshire Shells pattern Platter As-Is circa 1825 Great looking and very desirable pattern, but unfortunately this has a lot of surface glaze wear as well as a 4" crack off the edge that is not readily noticeable on the front. As you can see, there is some discoloration mostly noticed just on the back. This may have touched a bit of fire at one point due to the dark color in one spot on the back. A little blue touchup and reglazing wo...uld do wonders for this though.
