Price drop need to move or going to local used dealer soonAllis Chalmers Model G Antique Tractor For Rebuild.Must pick up in Brandywine MD 30 miles directly south of Washington DCComplete with regards to parts except snorkel and battery box and 2 rear shanks. Includes front and rear manual cultivator brackets and 6 front plus 6 front 1 rear shank clamps.The front scissor assembly if seized pretty well and will need ay lot of persuasion to free up. I tried to free ...one bracket and sheared the weld so drill out or big press and repalce with bolt. The U bracket bolts are free All 4 tires hold air and are functional.Each system will need rework electrical, fan, brakes, fuel, 40 hours and a coat of paint and $1000 in parts will have a nice machine. Removed head to free stuck valve, found missing exhaust roto-cup in oil sump. Put head back but low compression. Pistons have suction when you hold your hand over them so I suspect valves need lapping or valve job.1951 ser G244XXListed locally on CL so may not last.Was going to fix up but more than I want to take on. Had stuck valve which I freed up but no compression so either lap valves or replace valve seals and valves. Cylinders seem OK and draw suction when I cover with my palm.Brakes were stuck but I freed them up one side ok other needed new shoes and springs, in progess.Include ~ $200 parts (brake pads and springs, gasket set(head, manifold and valve cover) new coil and carb kit, coolant petcock drain, Oil drained includes 1 gal 30w. Transmission 3 + creep + reverse clutch works. Front alignment steering tubes free as are all wheel bolts and rear axle bolts to get to brakes.Has been reassemble after valve inspection / freeing.Plow currently listed separately on Ebay.As is no returns Electric conversion candidate too!Rear cult good front cult rusty will need some work to free up. Have all hard wear.Price is based on value of individual parts: plow, rear lift, shanks, sheet metal, block, wheels and rims and your close to asking price. Plus Ebay and Pay Pal need their cut.
