Flamidor are one of the top French lighter makers. This one dates from the 1920’s. A flint and fuel lift arm with twin strikerwheels. Has Enamelled coat of arms for the city of Bordeaux affixed. 1.75inches (4.5cms) x 1.5 inches (3.75cms). Excellent condition (appears unused)and in working order. No damage to the enamel. Markings on the base: FLAMIDOR JUNIOR BREVET DEPOSEE. Has the French tax plate used between 1916 and 1945 weldedto the side.
