For your consideration I have for sale a replacement 1st floor front atep with the pillars and hardware. It has some light signs of previous play and some pieces have discoloration, but no damage.

I do combine shipping costs. Combined shipping is based on the weight and size of the package and the distance traveled. Shipping cannot be combined on glass or other fragile items. International orders through the Global Shipping Program are combined by eBay and sellers do not have access to these invoices. Combined shipping must happen before you pay for you items. Shipping cost adjustments can be made for additional items purchased, but you must request and wait for an updated invoice. Shipping cost refund requests for combined shipping will not be provided. I reserve the right to combine multiple orders from the same buyer, to the same address, where not already combined.
Payment is due within 4 days of an auction ending. After that, an Unpaid Item Case will automatically be opened by eBay. All Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of payments. This does not include Saturday or Sunday and all Federal Holidays recognized by the United States Postal Service.
In a hurry? Need the item sooner? While I cannot change my auction listings to a Buy it Now, I can get the item out sooner or via a faster shipping method, though the latter may incur additional shipping charges. In any event, contact me and let's see what we can do.
See a Flat Rate Shipping Cost? With large and heavy items, I tend to use FedEx and charge a flat rate. I do this to try and help out my West Coast buyers as the shipping can be twice as much with the post office. But, at the same time, these costs could be excessive to my fellow East Coasters (Hi from Florida!). If you see a flat rate shipping cost and you live in the Eastern/Standard or Central/Standard time zones, contact me. We might be able to get it to you cheaper. It's no guarantee, but a couple bucks can save us both money and savings are awesome!
My home is a smoke-free, pet-free environment. I do not resell items that come from smoking environments. The smell is horrible and so I pass on these items all together. Occasionally, I may come across items that come from homes with pets. If it is covered in pet hair, I will definitely pass. I have allergies to cats and dogs that affect me in different ways, so it is just best to stay away from these items. However, if it is just a couple of hairs that I can easily remove, then I will do that and wash the item. This of course mostly applies to my plush Listings. Items that are not made of cloth are cleaned up with disinfecting wipes and dusted off. The items are not made perfect or new by doing this, so please do not hold me to that standard, but they are at least cleaned up prior to listing.
Items that require batteries are tested to ensure they work, prior to listing. If it does not work, I either state that it does not work or throw it away. There is no reason to sell broken items to unsuspecting people. I shop here too and we should all be working to support an honest and happy shopping experience.
