Antique early 20th century traditional Chinese women's skirt made of black floral damask silk with blue cotton band at waist. Button holes at waist are meant for a ribbon or drawstring. Not sure if sewn in straps are meant for hanging garment or for wearing over shoulders. Large ample hem to interior, fabric can be lengthened.
