Vintage Mattel 1960's Blonde Ponytail Barbie Doll #4 to 6?. I am not sure which one she is. As you can see from the pictures, her head is not on her shoulders. I got this from an estate and there were pieces inside of her head. I shook them out and they are in the baggie. I think the pieces were suppose to go on top of the body for her head to connect. She is dirty and she has one green ear. Face paint is good and there is one little tiny black dot ...on her lip that I didn't notice until I took a picture. Hair is not perfect, but real good.
