Very unique antique 4 bulb art deco fluorescent shop light. Still has its original art deco end caps!
The light measures 25" in length by 10" wide and holds 4 tubular fluorescent bulbs in a arch configuration. This light was found actually in use lighting up store displays hence the colorful bulbs currently in it :) the light was wired to a cord and plug and was being used sitting on its end so it could be moved easily around the various displays.
The light is very old, gu...essing circa 1920s-40s. The paint is original and looks it, the light has patina, ware, scratches and some wavy creases/slight bends in the metal end caps. This will be a perfect candidate to re-paint or leave as is for the authentic antique look that it has earned from over 80 years of existence. It will look great no matter how you decide to repurpose it.
The light works good, any restorations or updated wiring is up to the new owners discretion.
Sorry but I cannot ship fluorescent bulbs, if broken they release a powdered gas so you will need to provide your own bulbs.
PLEASE NOTE! If you wish to mount this back up to a ceiling you or your contractor will need to access and provide what hardware is needed for your installation.
