Nagra IV-S, Service Reserve !
Great condition, this was used as SERVICE RESERVE for DR (Danish Broadcasting Corp.)These were kept in super condition (and were not used & abused as “regular” machines).
Hardly any signs of wear on heads ! Internals very clean (check photos) hardly any signs of use here as well.Battery compartment very clean.Sn : 6592 , CCIR vers.
Tested with excellent results.Transport good incl fw & rew, steady pitch.Recording via mic inputs te...sted (also phantom 48v), outs tested via banana and 7 pin tuchel. (7 pin tuchel to rca cable included).
I also tested line ins via tuchel 7 pin. (these inputs may need impedance adaptation with some sources).
NOTE: The machine may be out of spec in some areas (if nothing else due to age).So a service check is most likely needed to line things up and for proper long term performance.
Power supply included (not Nagra branded), also tested with batteries.A nice carrying bag included.
