Original Description:
This is an amazing find from somany years ago.  It has beautifulhand-applied gilt painting on the sticks. The top part is made of silk applied to a gold metallic tulle netting, so that the tulle is like a group of scalloped windows.  All of this is decorated with tinyhand-applied gold colored sequins (“paillettes”).  In overall remarkable condition for its age, it does have slight tearing along some of the edges and in one place betweenthe spines (see photos).&n...bsp; It also isdusty.
