Shona Sculpture Rock Verdite Princess. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. A beautiful 'mottled' green verdite lends a camouflage appearance as if she emerges from a forest, a Hamadryad perhaps reminding us that they too are mortal and only live as long as the tree they inhabit. In any event she has a beauty all her own which she carries effortlessly.
Verdite is rare and being rapidly depleted, only the more skilled sculptors venture a sculpture such as this envision...ing the creation before first striking stone. Most all that we possess will in time dissipate but not this stone, generations from now she'll yet stand to observe and be observed.
Metaphysically Verdite is a stone promoting balance be it physically, mentally, emotionally and/or spiritually, a wonderful stone for a new year directing healing energies to where there are blocked areas and problems.
