On recognition of military ranks, education documents of citizens of the Russian Federation in stock and registered with military registration in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, and documents on their mil...itary service
1. Establish that when placing on military accounting in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol of citizens of the Russian Federation who are in the reserve and were registered in the military in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, their military titles, documents about education and the passage of military service in the armed forces, military formations and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine, which provides for military service, are recognized as valid when submitting the original documents.
2. This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
