You are looking at a vintage 22" crosscut hand saw made in the USA by Chas. W. Hallett of Long Island City, N.Y. This saw is nicely marked on the face of the blade with a nice logo which depicts the company branding, the location, and the quality statement. The blade on this piece sights nice and straight and features a straight back with a very broad tip, and 7 point per inch with all the teeth intact and in good condition. This saw may need a sharpening if you intend to use it. The s...teel is clean and has a nice patina, as well as some darkening from previous oxidation. The handle on this saw is hardwood with a chip carved face, and has no splits or cracks. It does show usage and finish wear. It is held with three brass saw nuts, one of which holds the "Warranted Superior" spread eagle medallion. Nice for the collector or the user. I will ship via Parcel Select Mail as soon as cleared payment is received. Please ask questions before you bid, and I will answer promptly. There is a 14 day return policy if not as described.
