In fair used condition, but does need some repairs! The clock itself will not move the hands. I plugged it in and it lights up fine (as seen in picture). It's also missing the back cover panel as well as the metal trim to go around the clock to hold the glass into place. This is a really nice collector piece if you are just willing to put some TLC into it. (Shelf E22)
