Italian Fascist MVSN Model 1925 Poniard Chromed Dagger - Moschettieri di Duce
Very nice original Italian fascist item. This dagger or poniard is 34.5cm in length and with a 19.5cm blade of cruciform section, and were made from obsolete M1870 Vetterli Truppi Speciali bayonets, the grip is wood and inset on both side with fascist axes, the steel guard is engraved MVSN and F709 (the manufacture year and batch).
Note the chromed fasci on the grips which... along with the chromed blade (worn off) and grips indicate a Moschettieri di Duce version. The ordinary leaders dagger had bronze fasci.
It is complete with its steel scabbard with a belt loop, although I believe the scabbard was not originally paired with the dagger.
Dagger is in over very good + condition, the scabbard is fair to good with a small dent.
