This is a Vintage Marked "KELLY AXE MFG. CO. CHARLESTON W. VA. U.S.A." Shingling Hatchet with an 8-Sided Head. It is 5 7/8" tall and has a 2 1/4" blade. It has No Cracks. It has Chips on the Head and Dings and Some Rust Pitting as Pictured.
