This very nice military steel box is a WWII era US Army Willys Jeep BX-40 Crystal Storage Case For 120 FT-243 Crystals. The case does not contain any crystals but would still make a nice addition to your military radio collection or as an authentic parts case for your Jeep radio communications display.
There is some rust spots and scratches(see pictures). The inside of the box still retains the protective storage compartment for the crystals and the felt inside the lid.
