This is a rare and unusual item to find in this condition, all these many years after World War II. Probably was in a dime store, near the cash register, for people to make that impulse purchase. To spend one cent on a small charm to send in their letters to their soldiers overseas. A previous owner has written in pencil, “1943 World War II 25 cents each Celluloid Charms”. Missing 12 charms. Cardboard card has some damage/wear to the upper right corner area. Also turned-up lower ri...ght corner. Card measures approx. 14” x 12”.
