You are bidding on a VINTAGE WWII era pin. This particular pin is a U.S. Cadet Nurse Corps pledge pin. You'll several of these online - not many secured to the original paper card. So, this is a bit RARE with the card. This pin was issued on May 7, 1945 and has the person to which this was assigned to on the front. On the back of the card, this notes that this pin was issued by the University of Oklahoma School of Nursing and signed by the acting director. Not sure if the pin is sterli...ng or not - I did not try to take it off the card to see. Condition: Like new - still affixed to card and not used. 
Dimensions: pin measures almost 7/8" across
