This pair of American Victorian walnut chairs are lovely and classic with round hand-woven cane seats, burlwood veneer insets along the back splat, spooned back splats, and beautifully carved bracers. The front legs and stretchers bars are turned and spindled while the back legs are arched in exaggerated saber design. These chairs were mostly likely produced in the late 19th century by a master craftsman and are designed for an outdoor receiving area or porch. They measure 33 1/2"... high, 20" wide, 18" deep, with an 18" seat height, and a weight of approximately 4-5 lbs. Overall, these chairs are in fair to good condition. One chair shows noticeable chip missing from its upper splat on the crest rail back. All cane is in excellent condition. Please consult all images and message with any questions.
