Original Description:
For your consideration is an unsigned antique early Gustav Stickley Thornden rocking chair with rush seat, circa 1901. Chair has all mortise and tenon connections through front and back of chair that is mostly double dowled.  Overall good condition with a few scuffs here and there, and a small crack on top of back post as shown in photo. Rockers worn on bottom with age but very stable.  Rush seat was replaced a few years back.  Chair is pictured on page 25 of Stephen Gra...y's "Collected Works of Gustav Stickley."  Local pickup preferred, can ship but interested buyers must inquire about cost to location prior to end of auction.
