On auction we have a vintage Louis Vuitton leather key case with 9 Louis Vuitton luggage or trunk keys on rings. The leather case is 7 1/2" X 2" open. It is stamped "Pour commanderune clef indiquer le numero grave sur la serrure - Louis Vuitton 70 Champs Elysees Paris Nice Vichy London - To duplicate keys please refer to number above key hole". The case has 2 silver tone metal key rings connected with brown cord. The rings are stamped "Louis Vuitton - Par...is". There are 9 keys, all 1 5/8" long. Seven are identical except for different numbers. They are brass and stamped "Louis Vuitton" on one side with different 6 digit numbers on the backs. One brass key has only "Vuitton" on one side and a number on the back. One key is silvertone metal with "Paris L. Vuitton London 054115" and a "V" on the back.
This set is in excellent condition considering the age and use. The leather needs some care and polish, the snap needs repair. The keys have some tarnish. The case and keys are in their original condition for you to restore your own way. Please view all photos for more description.
